Areas of Need

Do you want to get involved, but in a more meaningful way? Heroes and Patriots has created 'Area of Needs' to provide some basic options when choosing to donate. Whether it is simple items to be sent as care packages, or school supplies to be donated to the children of the men of and women of the military, you can have a better understanding of where 100% of your donation will be going.

Care Packages
Care packages consist of basic necessities that are sent to men and women all over the world. A small donation will cover a care package because of the minor, yet important items that soldiers need while they are away. Also, you can sponsor a platoon. When sponsoring a platoon, you can send a variety of items that will benefit a group of individuals in Iraq or surrounding areas.

Toy Drives
At Heroes and Patriots we feel that giving back to the children of the military is very important. With your donation we can provide children with toys during the holidays. During tough times, it can be a struggle for any parent to spend extra money on things besides the basic necessities. So with this Area of Needs we can work together to make a child feel a little more special during the holidays.

School Supplies
This is a very important Area of Needs that does not get enough attention. Every man and woman of the military is apart of a family. In this Area of Need, you can team up with Heroes and Patriots to support the children of the bases' for educational purposes. Whether it be school supplies, or monetary means for educational tools, it is important that each child is well equipped for each new school year.

Sponsor a Military Personnel
When sponsoring military personnel you will play an important part of providing basic necessities for the men and women of the military. It is extremely important that each man and woman of the military is supported with items that are not exactly accessible to them on a daily basis.

Send a Military Family to a Sports Event
With all of the hard work that men and women give to support our freedom, they rarely have time for fun. This Area of Need is a great way to donate and give back. Depending on the season, we can send a military family to a baseball, hockey, or football game, and will supply them with food and drinks to enjoy while they are there.
